Whether you’re still exploring long-term options or our full-time spaces are currently unavailable, The Children in the Shoe offers high-quality drop-in child care to support you during transitions, scheduling gaps, or unexpected needs.

Our drop-in program is designed for families who need occasional, short-term care without a long-term commitment.

We provide:

• Developmentally appropriate activities, play-based learning, and plenty of outdoor time

Drop-in care is offered based on availability, and we recommend submitting requests as early as possible. Here’s how it works:
